This is a blend of 40% Mourvedre, 40% Counoise and 20% Syrah, all from
the venerable Ciél du Cheval Vineyard located in the Red Mountain area
of the Yakima Valley. This Rhone style limited release red with rich its
lush lifted red fruits, pleasant mouthfeel, soft acids, and a touch of
those signature Red Mountain chalky tannins on the finish, will proudly
pair well with a variety of foods.
